Emily was great. Quick, professional, knew what I wanted with a minimal input on my part (because I get tongue-tied a lot). Great overall experience.

Very HIGH quality cut while also being quick! Lucy did an awesome job and her attention to detail was spot on!

Two things: 1) first available means first available. Sat for 45 minutes then watched as the AVAILABLE person waited for their late appointment. Will not visit this brand again.
